Dakota believes that when the mind and body are in balance, our quality of life improves. He is inspired to use massage therapy as a tool to aid his clients in learning to take better care of their bodies. His basketball career as a player and a coach and his massage therapy education allows him to assess, treat, and come alongside his clients to find solutions that give them back options. He specializes in Body Insight Therapy (Interstellar Bodywork) which blends movement, massage, and breathwork, giving his clients results that are out of this world. He believes that no one should lose their ability to do the things they love because of dull aches and pains. That age or injury doesn’t have to keep you from living your life to the fullest!
