Do you ever fear pain from a Deep Tissue massage or are worried about too much pressure being applied? With Body Insight, you control the pressure! Body Insight is a deep tissue/ neuromuscular technique that doesn't have to hurt. It involves you, the client, using breathwork to allow me, the massage therapist, to ease pressure onto your muscles. You then make specific motions that promote isolation of the muscle and engage it, allowing me to get to the core of the issue to reduce pain, heal adhesions from past injuries and traumas, and regain range of motion.
